Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
As CEO, Mr. Dannel is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Company, by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Mr. Dannel, has over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs, specializing in creating operational corporate contracts for industry. He has created proprietary pro forma documentation and Private Placement Memoranda for funding rounds for non-public offerings. Mr. Dannel specializes in helping companies prepare for seed funding and worldwide launch ventures.
Mr. Dannel has consulted startups and established companies in the areas of investment banking, entertainment, restaurants, hotels, hospitality, and real estate.
In 1999, Mr. Dannel founded 20Below Productions, INC. He has worked as an entertainment industry media consultant, serving as Executive Producer, Producer and Creative Director. Most recently, he served as in-house consultant and operations specialist for Alexandra Knight Interiors, a NYC-based custom design company.
Mr. Dannel is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Tulane Law School.
Patrick “PJ” laRive, PhD
President / Co-Founder
Mr. LaRive is a robotics engineer, a former aerospace engineer for Stennis Space Center NASA, in the manufacturing side of automation, manufacturing, chemical and liquids manufacturing, and a robotics R&D engineering.
Mr. LaRive is a seasoned VP of Engineering and Chief of Operations (Nexus Robotics), President (Merchant Advance, WARP Robotics USA and Warp Engineering International).
Although Mr. LaRive holds a Ph.D. in Engineering, he flourishes as a contract CEO or VP of Operations in manufacturing. He is recognized for building better platforms for both founders and shareholders. Mr. la Rive specializes in guiding the vision of successful startup ventures, by directing and overseeing business operations at the senior executive level.
Since 2003, he has overseen the growth of over 15 highly successful startups, assisting as lead Chief of Operations and/or Chief Engineer. Mr. LaRive uses a “people-first” management approach, wherein owners and employees feel valued as integral parts of the company’s purpose. Over the past 22 years, each facility where he has contracted has had its own unique measure of success.
Steven L. Rosenblatt, M.D., PhD, L.AC
Bennett J. Johnson, III
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Johnson is a business enterprises expert, with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in managing financial systems and controls, assessing the qualitative and quantitative values of assets.
Mr. Johnson has held various public and private sector positions, performing both fiscal and executive roles, including serving as the City of Chicago’s Budget Director. While there, he was responsible for preparing and executing the City’s $6 billion annual operating and $2 billion annual capital budgets, for over 40 departments and more than 35,000 employees. Mr. Johnson oversaw the City’s performance management initiative, which evaluated City operations’ efficiency and efficacy; and he also implemented management reforms that improved the City’s fiscal condition and increased taxpayer value.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and received his Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics.
Katriel C Sarfati
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Sarfati is a Digital Media expert, specializing in developing brand recognition and improving revenues. As a Growth Hacker, he most recently spearheaded the creation of a new Cannabis Space category (CBD capsules), elevating his client, a startup company, to $25k in first-month sales, with placement in California’s top organic market (featured in US weekly).
Employing content marketing and targeted social media advertising with behavioral psychology, Mr. Sarfati identifies and analyzes resulting market trends and metrics; and he then directs business operations to maintain top performance. Over the past five years, Mr. Sarfati helped: four startups to go viral, seven companies get acquired (exit plan), three to grow into franchises and seven others develop into multi-million dollar companies.
He wrote an e-Book on social media branding and is himself a Social Media Influencer and collaborator. In 2018 alone, he directed three digital media campaigns, each netting six-figure results.
Tal C. Finney
Mr. Tal C. Finney is a seasoned attorney and business law expert, with specialties in government regulatory enforcement and compliance, land use and corporate matters in the industries of cannabis, renewable energy, development, and real estate, coastal and environmental issues, and risk mitigation.
He has represented Fortune 500 companies, major public entities, and start-up ventures. In addition to his many decades of experience in the private sector, Mr. Finney served as Chief Deputy Controller and General Counsel to California State Controller, as well as General Counsel to California Lieutenant Governor, and Senior Advisor, Director of Policy, and Special Counsel to the Governor of California.
Mr. Finney also sat on the California Coastal Commission, the California Franchise Tax Board, the California Board of Equalization, the California State Lands Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, and was a Governor on the California Independent System Operator Board.
Business Development Director
Ms. Knight brings over 20 years of luxury brand Sales experience to TresMonet. She started out designing kitchens for the elite of San Francisco & London, but spent the bulk of her career in Manhattan, as owner/operator of her high-end kitchen design studio—personally selling $3M - $5M annually. Servicing top-tier clientele, and working with discriminating trade professionals, prepared her to perform at the highest level of business.
Ms. Knight’s most recent projects include designing & installing six kitchens & four closets in a $40M single-family residence in Midtown Manhattan; she also designed & built an entire estate in Jupiter, FL.
Her work has been written up in the National media outlets, including being featured on the cover of Luxury Magazine; and Wired Magazine calling a kitchen design projects of hers, “One of the Coolest Rooms on the Planet.”
Bill D. Sanford
Master Grower / Chief Production Officer
A lifetime horticulturalist and entrepreneur, with over 8 years in the Commercial skincare Industry, Mr. Sanford is the owner and master grower for his Los Angeles based, Proposition 215 authorized, medical skincare collective. He is responsible for all Company production, processing, workflow management, JIT inventory control, security, staffing, training and recruiting.
Over the years, Mr. Sanford has developed his proprietary, green and chemically clean standard grow method, which emphasizes negative charged, ORP conditioned water, thereby ensuring stronger plants and the highest possible crop yields. His skills with cultivation, quality control, and overall project management ensure that the production facility will consistently produce high-grade, naturally grown skincare to meet the demands of our clients.
